This shot kind of reminds me of the Slums from Stray. I think most of these balconies belong to hostels/Airbnbs overlooking the 沱江 (Tuó River). Seems like a chill place to stay for a few nights. Grab a beer, overlook the river and all the lights in the town, have a good time.
